Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Responsibilities** * Be accountable for results within your area of responsibility according to established objectives and targets, managing your budget and ensuring deadlines are met while monitoring management indicators. * Ensure all processes within your area of responsibility operate in accordance with company-established rules. * Manage all operational activities of the store under your responsibility (bakery, butcher shop, deli, and/or produce and grocery departments), making necessary decisions to achieve established results. * Maintain ongoing contact with corporate departments to resolve various issues, facilitate internal referrals, and carry out other necessary procedures, making all required decisions. * Ensure courteous and friendly customer service regarding in-store operational service processes, making decisions on internal processes and guiding work teams toward achieving objectives. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in team management and retail food industry experience; * Knowledge of perishable goods operations at the branch level; * Availability to work onsite in Porto Alegre/RS.
