We are looking for a nursing technician who works with sensitivity, technical responsibility, and a humanized perspective to join our **human reproduction** team, operating in the **surgical block**. Our care goes beyond the procedure — it involves welcoming patients’ stories, expectations, and pivotal moments in their lives.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide initial patient reception and welcoming at the clinic.
* Support physicians during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
* Instruct patients regarding medications and administer them as prescribed.
* Organize and oversee the delivery and receipt of medications by patients.
* Conduct initial and follow-up medical record reviews, including verification of pre-procedure tests.
* Monitor and track tests submitted by patients for medical consultations.
* Monitor BHCG test results and support follow-up for patients with positive results, including scheduling ultrasound appointments.
* Contact partner laboratories for specimen collection from tests performed at the clinic.
* Assist patients via digital channels for submission and receipt of tests and documents.
* Prepare examination rooms for consultations, ultrasounds, and procedures.
* Review examination rooms to ensure availability and validity of materials used in examinations.
* Manage and organize inventory of medical office supplies.
* Organize materials for sterilization.
* Assist in organizing the surgical block.
* Support the medical team during procedures.
* Accompany patients in the recovery room.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* Completed training in **Nursing Technician**, with **active registration at COREN**.
* Prior experience in **human reproduction, surgical centers, or outpatient clinics** is a plus.
* Organization, attention to detail, and technical responsibility.
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative attitude.
* Daily schedule: 8 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturday.
* Availability for full-time shifts.
* Must reside in **Porto Alegre**.
