**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct student recruitment activities;
* Actively and receptively engage with prospective and enrolled students, regardless of the origin channel;
* Personalize interactions based on audience needs, applying empathy and active listening;
* Apply sales techniques and persuasive argumentation, focusing on the candidate’s needs in relation to Unisinos’ offered solutions;
* Monitor and manage a contact portfolio (leads or students), prioritizing enrollment completion;
* Proactively address potential dropout cases by proposing viable alternatives for continued enrollment;
* Accurately record all interactions in the system, ensuring data integrity;
* Contribute suggestions and improvements to departmental processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Preferably completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience in the education sector will be considered a **differentiator;**
* Experience in commercial roles within higher education institutions;
* Knowledge of negotiation techniques;
* Skills in persuasive communication and active listening;
* Problem-solving profile with a results-oriented mindset;
* Flexibility and adaptability.
**Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–6:00 PM
