Perform severance calculations, conduct verifications, and enter data into payroll systems. Participate in homologations and provide employee support during offboarding. Assist in preparing and reviewing labor documentation and inspections. Analyze and apply clauses of collective bargaining agreements. Maintain internal controls, departmental KPIs, and Excel-based reports. Provide support for other personnel administration activities, including onboarding, vacation management, timekeeping, and benefits administration. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
