Support in project planning and development **Join the CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** **Mason.** Work Location: Erechim, Lagoa Vermelha, Gramado, Porto Alegre, and other cities in the state of RS Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of the CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completion of elementary education required; * Availability for rotating shifts (5x2, 21x2, or 90x10), from 07:30 to 17:18; * Residency in the state of Rio Grande do Sul is a plus; * Availability for travel and accommodation in company-provided lodging **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Execute and guide the team on general civil activities; support the foreman in his duties; cover for the foreman during vacations when necessary; assist the foreman and supervisor in activity planning at substations and transmission lines. * Perform general civil services such as foundations, block laying, rough plastering, rendering, finishing, demolition, and other related tasks. Perform hydraulic installation activities (water and sewage) * Read project drawings and sketches to ensure all work complies with specifications previously defined by the Engineering Department and the site supervisor. * Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment. * Assist surveyors in base layout activities.
