More than just assisting, this role actively participates in creating a welcoming, respectful, and stimulating learning environment aligned with our project-based pedagogy approach. If you believe education is a tool for transformation, possess sensitivity when working with children, and wish to grow professionally in the field of education, we want to meet you. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the lead teacher in implementing pedagogical activities. * Assist with children's daily routines (meals, organization, and hygiene). * Stimulate children's development, curiosity, and autonomy. * Contribute to an affectionate, safe, and respectful environment. * Collaborate closely with the pedagogical team. **Requirements** * Completion of a School Support Professional course. * Availability for 44 hours per week. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Affectionate and empathetic interactions with children. * Willingness to learn and follow guidance from supervisors and the lead teacher. * Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. * Commitment to the educational environment and to child development.
