Optical Sales Associate

Description

We are seeking an **Optical Sales Associate with experience in the optical industry** to work in a retail store, providing consultative customer service and selling optical products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and sell optical products and services; * Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate guidance; * Clarify inquiries based on the prescription provided by the customer; * Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames, sunglasses, and other optical products; * Recommend lens types according to customers' needs; * Collect additional measurements required for lens manufacturing; * Adjust eyeglasses on the customer's face; * Provide after-sales service and customer assistance; * Register sales in the company's system; * Maintain an organized and customer-friendly work environment; * Assist in organizing and maintaining the store display window. **Requirements:** * Experience in the optical industry; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * From 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off; * Alternate Sundays, with 1 weekly day off. **Benefits:** * Performance bonus for achieving store targets, ranging from BRL 500.00 to BRL 1,000.00; * Meal/food allowance (VA/VR) of BRL 750.00; * Transportation voucher (VT), as needed; * Health and dental insurance — Doctor Clin Ambulatorial plan, effective after 90 days; * Discount on store products, effective after 90 days. **Desired Profile:** We seek a communicative, proactive individual with optical industry experience and a strong interest in delivering high-quality, consultative, and attentive customer service. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES CONTACT VIA:** WHATS:(51\)98035\-9237 RH01@INTERLIGRH.COM.BR Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
