Negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship abilities **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect aggregates (partner carriers) across the entire national territory; * Manage and maintain relationships with active aggregates; * Support negotiation and alignment of operational terms; * Update and organize the aggregate database; * Monitor partner performance, quality, and on-time delivery; * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, preferably in carrier/aggregate management; * Knowledge of logistics routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive and organized profile. **Skills and Competencies:** * Clear and effective communication; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; * Organization and attention to detail; Salary: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
