Job Summary: A professional to carry out renovation, repair, and new construction projects, performing masonry, concrete, and carpentry work with high-quality finishes. Key Highlights: 1. Carpentry execution and hardware assembly. * Carry out renovation, repair, and new construction projects; * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material-related work during renovations, including modifications or expansions; * Verify the characteristics of tasks to be performed by reviewing blueprints and specifications to guide the selection of appropriate materials and work execution methods; * Prepare mortar for laying bricks, tiles, ceramic wall tiles, and similar materials by mixing cement, sand, and water in appropriate proportions; * Construct foundations using stones and cement to form the base for walls, fences, and similar structures; * Lay bricks, tiles, flooring, and ceramic wall tiles in horizontal rows or according to design patterns, bonding them with mortar to build walls, lintels, columns, steps, etc.; * Plaster constructed structures using lime or cement-based mortars mixed with sand, ensuring vertical alignment (plumb) and levelness; * Provide final finishing, ensuring service quality standards are met; * Perform general carpentry execution and assembly, as well as bending and assembly of reinforcing steel bars. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Primary education up to the 5th grade; * Prior experience in construction and renovation is required.
