Its objective is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Conduct theoretical and practical training for drivers: onboarding and refresher courses. Guide on safe driving, economical driving, and best operational practices. Monitor driver performance indicators (fuel consumption, telematics, traffic fines, accidents, etc.). Prevent accidents by analyzing incidents and providing corrective guidance. Administer practical driving assessments and validate driver competency. Support onboarding processes for new drivers. Provide individual feedback to drivers based on performance and incidents. Develop and update training materials and operational procedures. Support internal safety and awareness campaigns. Monitor operational routines to identify opportunities for improvement in driving and operations. Collaborate with Fleet, Safety, and HR departments in driver development. Recruit and select drivers. Previous experience as a Vehicle Driving Instructor, Road Transport Instructor, Heavy Vehicle Driving Instructor, or Truck Driving Instructor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
