Always prioritizing service quality, ABRH Estágios is an agency staffed by qualified professionals and offering differentiated service, constantly striving to identify and guide companies in a personalized manner when hiring their future professionals. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for managing and executing Internship Programs in partnership with major companies such as Panvel, Arlanxeo, John Deere Montenegro, AGCO Brasil, etc. * Direct involvement in client relationship management, conducting strategic alignment sessions to define timelines, selection process stages, group activities, tests, interviews, and deadlines. * Responsible for rigorous screening and analysis of resumes, ensuring identification of candidates aligned with the technical and behavioral requirements of the positions. * Conducting collective and individual interviews, both online and in-person, evaluating candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies. * Managing communication with candidates throughout the entire selection process, including guidance, status updates, and providing feedback where applicable. * Responsible for initiating and managing the collection of data and documentation required to formalize internship contracts. **Requirements and qualifications** Degree in Psychology. Ability to conduct selection processes.
