Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite People management experience Residence in Guaíba **Key Responsibilities** Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational objectives; Coordinate Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization initiatives (DMAIC, PDCA, SMED, TPM, etc.); Manage the technical continuous improvement team, assigning tasks and monitoring deliverables; Act as facilitator for workshops, training sessions, and Kaizen events; Promote a continuous improvement culture across all company departments, focusing on engagement and results; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, efficiency, and losses; Support the definition and review of operational standards and process flows; Participate in audits and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions; Report project outcomes and actions to managerial and executive levels.
