We create products that connect with real life, bringing belonging, innovation, and self-esteem to diverse people across Brazil. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the approval process for domestic and imported product samples; * Issue purchase orders and perform systemic adjustments to the product portfolio; * Conduct daily follow-up with suppliers and monitor production deadlines; * Control and organize the flow of emails, documents, and area requests; * Receive, register, organize, and control product samples; * Support the organization and maintenance of the department’s archive; * Sort and route samples to Marketing, Visual Merchandising (VM), and campaigns; * Update spreadsheets and departmental tracking tools; * Provide operational and administrative support to the Product team; * Support the organization of departmental processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery timelines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields; * Intermediate English (reading and writing) — **mandatory requirement**; * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge; * Strong organizational and priority-management skills; * Proactive, dynamic profile with initiative; * Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems; * Hands-on profile, willing to perform both operational tasks and team support activities; * Strong communication skills and daily agility. **What we seek** ------------------ We seek a candidate with strong behavioral competencies: eager to learn, well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously on a day-to-day basis.
