We value respect and continuous learning, believing each Juan brings a new flame to our fire. **WORK LOCATION:** Carlos Gomes Avenue, Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul \- RS **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** General Administration * Plan your day based on strategic priorities and deadlines. * Validate reports, documents, and operational data. * Organize materials for meetings and indicator tracking. * Ensure system updates and process documentation. * Consolidate reports and record critical issues. * Serve as a liaison between internal departments, ensuring clear communication. * Organize and prioritize tasks for the team. * Train and guide administrative assistants and junior staff. Finance * Monitor contracts, budgets, payments, and receipts. * Control expenses and revenues. * Prepare and monitor Income Statements (DRE) and financial reports. * Perform bank reconciliations and account verifications. * Support managerial decisions through financial analysis. * Monitor cost and operational performance indicators. People \& Management * Verify payroll, overtime, vacations, and time banks. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. * Manage timekeeping records, shift schedules, and working hours. * Enforce internal policies and disciplinary procedures. * Provide leadership support on team-related matters. Controller * Monitor operational and financial KPIs. * Control administrative procurement and inventory processes. * Validate invoices and accounting entries. * Propose administrative and financial improvements. * Ensure compliance with internal controls. Reports \& Indicators * Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly results. * Generate operational, financial, and people-related reports. * Identify critical issues and improvement opportunities. * Monitor goals and support strategic decisions with reliable data. WHAT WE SEEK: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative and financial routines (experience in restaurants or hospitality is desirable). * Knowledge of Income Statements (DRE), bank reconciliations, and KPI monitoring. * Proficiency in Excel or management tools. * Organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. * Strong communication skills and ability to act as a bridge between departments. * Proactive, strategic profile with a results-driven mindset. * Ability to handle confidentiality and sensitive information.
