We seek motivated professionals who embrace challenges, possess strong business acumen, and are driven to identify opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Activities:** Responsible for multichannel support, initial incident and request triage and diagnosis, implementation of operational procedures, and ensuring accurate registration, classification, and tracking of service tickets. Handle low- to medium-complexity requests, providing system support, access assistance, functional guidance, and operational troubleshooting; escalate appropriately to higher support levels when required. Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure alignment of expectations and adherence to deadlines and SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Customer service experience and track record in meeting performance indicators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills:** Demonstrated organizational ability, sense of priority, operational discipline, and commitment to service quality. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Compensation: R$ 2\.120,00 \+ R$ 500,00 on Flash card * Employment model: Cooperative contract * Work location: On-site in Porto Alegre – Praia de Belas neighborhood Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
