Everyone is welcome. #vemserUnisinos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-class technical support, including webconferencing and connected classrooms, ensuring full equipment functionality and high-quality user experience; * Develop and manage space reservation spreadsheets to optimize usage of environments and resources; * Conduct inspections and checklists for general facilities—including classrooms, access points, restrooms, and reception areas—to ensure high-quality user experience; * Provide public service via telephone, e-mail, and in person, ensuring clear communication with the academic community; * Receive and distribute mail packets, correspondence, printed exams, and other documents to faculty members and coordinators; * Prepare budgets for materials and services according to technical specifications for evaluation; * Perform minor classroom repairs, such as chair replacement, furniture repositioning, peripheral cleaning, and equipment replacement, maintaining spaces fully ready for use. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; * Familiarity with administrative routines and organization of academic activities; * Proficiency in scheduling and time-management tools (e.g., Excel) and educational management software (e.g., Moodle and TOTVS Educacional); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Adaptability to changes and routine adjustments; * Commitment to punctuality, organization, and timely fulfillment of tasks. * Availability to work on various shifts, including Saturdays. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Free parking or Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 15.73 per day; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Internal Training Programs; * Pharmacy Partnership; * SESC Partnership; * Life Insurance; * Mental Health Program — Health and Well-being Journey; * Paid year-end recess (between Christmas and New Year); * Partial childcare reimbursement for children up to 6 years old; * Health and Dental Plan Coopersinos — Unimed, Doctor Clin, and Uniodonto (after probationary period); * Undergraduate Tuition Scholarship offering up to 80% discount and 100% discount for persons with disabilities (PCD) (after probationary period); * Specialization Scholarship offering up to 80% discount (after probationary period); * Extension Courses and Language Courses offering up to 50% discount (after probationary period); We are Unisinos.
