Job Summary: A professional responsible for the strategic and consultative management of accounts receivable, working in collections, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement. Opportunity for professional growth and training **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1-hour break; Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, monitoring payment deadlines, negotiating with delinquent customers, and conducting collection routines in a strategic and consultative manner. Also responsible for issuing invoices, clearing receivables, updating financial information, and providing customer support to clarify questions related to payments and debts. Will monitor departmental KPIs, prepare management reports, analyze contract termination processes due to non-payment in coordination with contract management, and interface with banking institutions and internal departments, contributing to continuous process improvement and reduction of delinquency. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Management Processes, Financial Management, or related fields. Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial operations, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel. We seek an organized, analytical professional with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and ease in collaborating across various company departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in occupational health will be considered a plus. Familiarity with the OMIE ERP system, experience in debt negotiation and credit recovery, knowledge of financial KPIs and legal collections, as well as experience negotiating with banking institutions and participating in projects aimed at improving and optimizing financial processes.
