Job Summary: Work as an Internal Sales Representative focused on B2C, reactivating customers, prospecting, and converting opportunities into sales using digital channels and social media. Internal Sales Representative – Active Customer Base, Social Media, and Social Commerce Engage in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, developing customers through base reactivation, active prospecting, and relationship building with social media followers. Responsible for converting opportunities into sales using WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels, thereby increasing revenue and purchase recurrence. Key Responsibilities: * Work exclusively with end customers (B2C). * Reactivate customers from the existing database by actively contacting them via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. * Prospect new customers through research, social media, groups, and other sources. * Convert Instagram followers and interactions into sales opportunities. * Develop sales through TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping, building customer relationships and leveraging platform-generated opportunities. * Manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing and post-sales follow-up. * Record all interactions in the CRM and monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value, and repeat purchases. Requirements: * Experience in internal sales, inside sales, or commercial customer service. * Strong communication skills via WhatsApp, phone, and social media. * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnels is a plus. * Experience in B2C sales and social commerce (Instagram and TikTok) is considered a plus.
