Job Summary:
Technical professional responsible for collecting environmental samples, conducting monitoring, and supporting environmental control programs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality and safety standards.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
* Completed technical education in Environmental Science or related fields.
* Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B.
* Must reside in CANOAS/RS **(only resumes from CANOAS/RS and nearby regions will be reviewed)**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Biology, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Geology, Geography, Environmental Technology).
* Professional with a focus on fieldwork.
* Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
* Basic knowledge of contaminated site management.
* Ability to interpret ISO/IEC 17\.025 in its current version.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Collect soil, water, and air samples at various locations according to technical instructions.
* Assist in installing and maintaining environmental monitoring equipment.
* Record field data and prepare preliminary activity reports.
* Support implementation of environmental control programs, such as waste and effluent management.
* Follow applicable safety procedures and current environmental regulations.
* Maintain environmental monitoring equipment in good working condition and calibrate it as required.
* Ensure acquisition of data and information necessary for project execution (product development), in accordance with environmental and client requirements.
* Assist in managing, organizing, and planning field activities.
* Assess areas to be sampled or worked on.
* Comply with Quality Management System guidelines.
* Ship samples to laboratories.
* Perform field activities within the scope of service.
* Execute or supervise project-related activities:
* Apply and implement environmental control processes, effluent treatment, and other related activities.
* Collect and monitor water, air, soil, and noise, including surface and/or groundwater, soil, and sediment sampling.
* Operate low-flow pumps, water level meters, current meters (for flow measurement), sound level meters, and other measuring instruments.
* Supervise drilling and installation of monitoring wells; assist in operating equipment such as augers, jackhammers, drill rigs, brush cutters, etc.
* Ensure proper use and integrity of sampling and testing equipment, adjusting relevant operational parameters.
* Ensure the integrity and representativeness of environmental samples.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects during activity execution.
* Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules, reporting any need for calibration/maintenance to supervisors.
* Inspect environmental matrix samples prior to dispatch to analytical laboratories, ensuring data integrity both during collection and during preservation and transport to the laboratory.
* Collect, store, and interpret environmental data and documents.
* Receive and verify products and materials related to fieldwork.
* Follow instructions for completing field forms and documentation.
* Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and control all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace.
* Drive company vehicles to travel between projects and/or for business trips.
