Job Summary: Responsible for distributing and supervising services, ensuring agility and adherence to deadlines, as well as preparing productivity reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of productivity control reports **Responsibilities:** Distribute services to fulfill Service Orders (SO) and support timely resolution of requests according to established deadlines. Supervise performed services through dedicated systems.
