Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative Sales Assistant to support the sales department, with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Main Responsibilities: * Assist existing and new customers in person at the showroom; * Support the sales team in preparing proposals and orders via the internal system; * Respond to customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp; * Coordinate with the finance department for credit analysis, credit verification, and payment terms; * Monitor order flow from negotiation through delivery and material collection; * Check inventory availability and assist in managing demand; * Maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty; * Organize, maintain, and replenish displayed materials in the showroom; * Support administrative and operational routines of the sales department. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of administrative and commercial routines.
