Responsibilities and Duties * Prospecting, contacting, and servicing labor suppliers; * Analyzing information and aligning service requests with scope requirements; * Sending projects and related information to labor suppliers for quotations; * Quotation processing, equalization, and negotiation; * Conducting contract closing meetings and registering contracts in Sienge; * Drafting and issuing contractual documents, and sending them to relevant parties via electronic systems; * Monitoring the signature process until completion and archiving in respective folders; * Reviewing and releasing warranty installments; * Processing direct invoicing; * Updating labor pricing tables; * Managing and executing urgent requests related to service delivery; * Creating and modifying templates in the electronic signature system; * Issuing and managing reports and certificates related to direct invoicing for specific products; * Conducting technical site visits to assess and monitor contracted on-site services; * Executing corrective actions requested by construction sites; * Implementing contract amendments; * Enforcing contract blocks upon technical team request; * Removing contract blocks upon technical or construction site request, where applicable; * Monthly updating of contract signatures in the procurement planning spreadsheet; * Qualifying material and labor suppliers and reviewing relevant documentation; * Updating executed contracts in their respective folders; * Terminating contracts as requested.
