Manage client relationships and provide technical support to the team An accounting firm in Novo Hamburgo/RS is seeking a **Controller \| Office Manager** to lead teams, organize processes, and ensure excellence in accounting, tax, and payroll deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead teams: Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Customer Service. * Organize workflow and ensure deadlines are met. * Oversee accounting and tax closings (SPED, ECF, EFD, DCTF, payroll, tax forms, etc.). * Manage client relationships, providing service and technical guidance. * Resolve complex issues and provide technical support to the team. * Implement and review internal processes to improve efficiency and standardization. * Monitor productivity metrics, client portfolio, and delivery quality. * Support strategic planning and overall office management. **Requirements** * Prior experience in an **accounting firm** (mandatory). * Experience with accounting, tax, and/or payroll routines. * Experience in **team leadership**. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and process-oriented mindset. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. **Salary:** Negotiable (please indicate your expectations).
