




Description: * Completed high school education; bachelor's degree completed or in progress is desirable; * Experience in retail; * Aptitude for excellence in customer service; * Experience in team supervision and development; * Ability to work with goals; * Flexible availability (considered a plus). * Develop, evaluate, and monitor commercial strategies with the store team, reinforcing daily the company’s MISSION, VISION, and VALUES; * Plan, organize, and control store routines according to the process guide and store checklist; * Monitor and ensure daily achievement of revenue targets and performance indicators (PA, Average Ticket), developing individual action plans with each sales associate; * Ensure excellence in CRM processes (customer registration, contacts, and sales conversion via the store’s WhatsApp and post-sale activities); * Participate in recruitment processes aimed at building teams aligned with the organizational culture and maintaining turnover rates within the company’s established limits; * Conduct, replicate, and reinforce company-provided training, ensuring daily application of guidelines; * Ensure inventory management in accordance with company guidelines; * Guarantee administrative processes (financial, commercial, tax, HR, and others established by the company); * Ensure execution of Marketing campaigns and commercial actions within the company’s calendar and Visual Merchandising guide; * Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the team, encouraging commitment to the company’s objectives and initiatives. 2512220202491879656
