Team training and development Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Job Description: Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Juazeiro do Norte/CE Schedule: 6x1 (one fixed weekly day off + one Sunday per month) We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with practical leadership skills, visible presence in the dining room, and a strong focus on results. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational organization, achievement of targets, service standards, and integration among dining room, kitchen, and bar, acting as the shift supervisor. Main Responsibilities: Lead the service team; organize opening and closing routines; monitor sales targets and performance indicators; train and develop staff; manage work schedules; and ensure quality standards and service excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields (or high school diploma with substantial experience). Proven experience in operational leadership within a restaurant setting. Flexible availability for scheduling. Working Hours: Morning: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (mandatory presence during peak lunch hours). Afternoon break. Evening: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (dining room closing). Kitchen operations end at 11:30 PM; supervision may be required until operational closure is complete. Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of R$ 5\.000,00 \+ monthly bonus.
