Job Summary: Tooling Team Leader responsible for managing the die-making team, as well as mold and tool development, maintenance, and adjustments in a metallurgical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Use of Rhinoceros for modeling and development of dies We are recruiting for a metallurgical industry located in Campo Bom, RS. Tooling Team Leader to manage the die-making team, develop, maintain, and adjust molds and tools; assign tasks, organize workflow, monitor departmental performance; prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings; use Rhinoceros for modeling, adjustments, and die development. Proven experience in die-making, molds, or metal tools is required; proficiency in Rhinoceros software; knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; and team leadership experience. Technical or higher education in mechanical engineering, toolmaking, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in the metallurgical industry, knowledge of machining processes, and experience in workflow improvement and process standardization.
