Analysis of forecast vs. actual performance \*\* PCP Assistant: factory scheduling; importation of production orders (OPs) (orders/minimum stock); issuance of purchase requisitions; control of material arrivals; coordination of scheduling with the team leader; process progress tracking with the team leader; scheduling; Kis system; visual management; barcode scanning; final production reporting; raw material consumption recording; updating the scheduling board; analysis of forecast vs. actual performance.
