YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identify whether customers are registered users (sticker affixed to vehicle rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance upon starting your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated parking spots (in accordance with the parking facility’s regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize and manage vehicle parking within the garage; * Maintain constant attention; * Immediately report to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the shift cash closing report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Class B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer-Centric Mindset.
