Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for operating, adjusting, and maintaining plastic injection machines to ensure production quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of plastic injection machines 2. Preparation and setup of injection molds 3. Process and productive quality control REQUIREMENTS: Technical education Experience in the plastic injection process; preparation, adjustment, setup of plastic injection molds, and tryout; RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform production scheduling through machine startup, shutdown, adjustments, and labor allocation per machine according to operational standards; monitor and control the production process; Support production control/programming activities by updating the Kanban board; Ensure product quality by comparing processed parts against the standard sample; Ensure accurate data entry into the system by typing information into the Production Control Tool (INJET); Develop a monthly maintenance schedule through preventive and low-complexity corrective maintenance; ensure that performance indicators for the assigned group of machines remain within standard values through daily monitoring; provide technical support for process-related tasks by executing specific tests; perform mold setup and machine adjustments; BENEFITS: Hazardous work allowance + UNIMED health and dental plan + Attendance bonus R$ 350.00 + Production bonus up to 0.7% of salary + Chartered transportation + On-site cafeteria + Student assistance + University partnership agreements + Annual PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) + Pharmacy assistance + Optical assistance.
