




Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling authorization processes for customers, ensuring compliance with ANS deadlines and customer and Associate satisfaction, while operating via multi-channel communication. Data registration and assistance in internal processes We seek a professional to execute customer authorization processes for inter-state exchange customers and RS Operator customers at RAUF Providers, primarily via Corporate WhatsApp, RAUF email authorization, and/or password pre-authorization, ensuring compliance with ANS-mandated deadlines and customer and Associate satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer, Associate, and Provider support through existing communication channels (excluding in-person attendance), adhering strictly to applicable regulations to ensure compliance with ANS-mandated deadlines and customer and Associate satisfaction; * Support Associates’ requests related to attendance and/or authorizations at RAUF Providers; in case of difficulties, request analyst support; * Register all data and movements related to requests, attaching mandatory documentation in the Management System; * Execute all processes required to serve beneficiaries in State Interchange within the RAUF Network; * Perform authorizations within the RAUF Network for Unimed Federação beneficiaries, in accordance with contractual coverage, medical audit opinions, and current regulations and legislation; request analyst support in case of difficulties; * Register hospitalized customers in Sys\-On when necessary; * Send lists of hospitalized customers to Associates whenever required; * Assist in maintaining departmental indicators and action plans; * Assist in mapping area processes and updating related documentation; * Record Service Level (non-conformities and complaints); * Generate and provide the Attendance Protocol to beneficiaries; **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY** * Completed high school education; * Customer service experience involving authorization of medical exams and procedures; * Prior experience in: Health Plan Operator, Accredited Network (hospitals, clinics, laboratories); * Knowledge of ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations. **DESIRED** * Completed technical education and/or ongoing higher education; * Familiarity with TOTVS, Sys\-on, or similar systems. **Additional Information** **Upon Admission:** ****Fuel Allowance (Sodexo Card) or Transportation Voucher Meal Allowance and/or Meal Voucher (Sodexo Card) Childcare Allowance or Babysitter Allowance Workplace Gymnastics Gympass **After 3 Months:** Education Allowance Language Learning Allowance Unimed Health Plan Uniodonto Dental Plan PPR\- Profit Sharing Program Uniform Personal Accident Insurance Medical Emergency SOS **After 6 Months:** Private Pension Plan We are Unimed Central de Serviços, a cooperative integrated into the Unimed\-RS Business Cooperative System, whose purpose is to foster development and generate economic value for all Unimeds across Rio Grande do Sul.
