Job Summary: Assist pizzaiolos in dough production, pizza assembly and baking, ingredient preparation, and organization of the production area. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing the production area Assist pizzaiolos in dough production and rolling out, pizza assembly and baking, counter setup, ingredient preparation, cleaning and organizing the production area and dishes, cheese and dough portioning, and supporting pizzaiolos in other assigned tasks.
