Your Daily Routine: * Develop and manage maintenance indicators, such as MTTR, MTBF, maintenance interruption index, and technical availability; * Manage triggers and participate in failure resolution meetings (RCA), aiming to identify root causes and develop action plans; * Prepare and manage departmental reports and indicators; * Support the technical team in specifying parts based on manuals, datasheets, and other materials provided by manufacturers; * Propose improvements to increase asset reliability and reduce costs; * Support continuous improvement and technical standardization projects, among others. Requirements: * Completed technical course in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Experience in the industrial maintenance sector.
