Job Summary: Student in International Trade or related fields to support import processes, monitor shipments and invoices, and assist the commercial area. Key Highlights: 1. Support import processes and monitor shipments. 2. Provide commercial area support with product and process information. 3. Handle customs clearance procedures until delivery to warehouses. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Student in International Trade or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Support all stages of import processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor shipments, document approvals, and follow-up with suppliers and freight agents; * Update and maintain the control system with an up-to-date database of all processes; * Verify and record invoices and payment amounts; * Provide commercial area support with product and process information; * Handle customs clearance procedures and monitor all stages until delivery to warehouses.
