Join a nationally recognized telecommunications team and contribute solutions that make a difference in our customers' daily lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide remote or on-site customer support, delivering TECHNICAL SUPPORT, clarifying doubts, network topologies, and equipment DATACOM usage applications; assist generally with equipment configuration and optimal usage; * Conduct systemic product testing in the lab to investigate specific issues related to our products; * Develop technical support documentation for customer use; * Assist in network design, topology definition, and configuration standard creation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience providing technical support/customer service; * Experience with GPON/XGSPON networks, OLTs, and CPEs comprising the network; * Experience operating switches and routers; * Experience with Layer 2 networks and protection protocols such as xSTP, EAPS, and ERPS; * Experience with Layer 3 networks and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP; * Experience with IP/MPLS networks and transport solutions. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with SDH/PHD and PWE3 equipment; * Experience working with telecom operators and internet service providers; * Intermediate English proficiency.
