Tax Analyst (Mid/Senior) **Job Title:** Tax Analyst – Focus on Automation and Processes **Location:** São Paulo, SP (Vila Clementino / Near Santa Cruz Metro Station) **Job Description:** We are seeking a Tax Analyst with a consulting profile and automation mindset. This opportunity is to join a young, growing company that values accounting expertise combined with tax intelligence. **Responsibilities:** Full calculation of direct and indirect taxes, issuance of tax payment slips (DARFs) and tax withholdings; **Filing of complex ancillary obligations:** EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, GIA, REINF, MIT, and DCTF Web; System configuration and implementation of improvements for process automation; Technical support to clients (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit regimes); Strict adherence to the monthly closing schedule. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (Postgraduate degree in Tax Management is a plus); Solid experience in tax calculation and ancillary obligations; **Advanced knowledge of systems:** Domínio, JETTAX, and SIEG; Advanced Excel. **Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 3,500 to R$ 3,800; Meal Allowance (R$ 35.00/day); Remote Work Allowance (R$ 100.00/month); Life Insurance; Health Insurance (effective from Jan/2026); Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite in Vila Clementino / 2 days remote). **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
