We are looking for a NOC/SOC Analyst to join our Operations team. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting services and infrastructure to ensure business continuity. The position targets a proactive individual eager to learn and develop skills in networking, security, and technical support. **WORK AREAS** Responsible for monitoring server, network asset, link, and system performance; Register network assets, servers, and services in the monitoring system; Log failure occurrences and track incident resolution; Open tickets with third parties (link providers, third-party systems); Perform basic connectivity tests and, if necessary, escalate to on-call staff; Meet SLAs for response, escalation, and unavailability notifications; Complete shift handover documentation at the end of the shift; Assist in updating customer infrastructure documentation; Perform basic configuration tasks on network assets per company documentation; Provide first-level infrastructure support **REQUIREMENTS** Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and remote access; Prior experience in customer service, technical support, and system monitoring roles.
