If you seek professional fulfillment \+ genuine care for people, this is your place! **Apply now and build your career with Uniodonto Porto Alegre.** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Administer, update, and maintain QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions, records, and manuals). * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards (ISO, ANS, RN 518, etc.). * Monitor quality indicators related to DHO processes and other areas. * Identify nonconformities and support the development/implementation of corrective action plans. * Support the integration of new employees regarding quality policies, compliance, and organizational culture. * Participate in the development and delivery of internal training on standards, SOPs, and best practices. * Monitor climate, engagement, and satisfaction indicators, ensuring alignment with quality requirements. * Collaborate in managing training records, ensuring audit evidence. * Contribute to preparing performance reports (PDGC, ESGCoop, GPTW, etc.) involving people practices and management. * Support the DHO in conducting management reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement in people management processes. * Work jointly with managers and multipliers to standardize practices and strengthen the quality culture. * Suggest improvements to training, development, and internal communication processes. * Serve as a point of support for employees with questions about QMS standards and procedures. * Support the DHO in disseminating internal policies (Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Non-Discrimination, Health and Safety, etc.). * Participate in committees and working groups (Quality, Ethics and Integrity, Culture and Climate, Sustainability) as technical support.
