Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) **Description:** The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the company's processes comply with established standards and regulations. Their role involves identifying non-conformities, supporting internal audits, analyzing and continuously improving processes, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting quality-related training. **Responsibilities:** * Process analysis and identification of non-conformities; * Continuously evaluate internal processes to identify failures and opportunities for improvement; * Contribute to root cause investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues; * Support in Audits; * Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits; * Ensure processes align with ISO standards, applicable legislation, and the company's quality standards; * Collaborate in the development, review, and updating of procedures; * Ensure procedures are clear, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices; * Assist in developing training materials and content for employee capacity building; * Conduct or support internal training on quality, processes, and applicable standards.
