Job Summary:
The professional will provide support and assistance to employees using card product systems, manage incident tickets, clarify doubts, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Our work model at Unicred follows a hybrid format, with two days per week of in-person work at the institution’s headquarters.
Currently, our headquarters are located in Porto Alegre and São Paulo, featuring multifunctional environments that promote greater interaction, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.
We also offer fully remote/home office positions for professionals residing in other regions of Brazil.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide employee support for card product systems;
* Handle incident tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workaround solutions for known errors;
* Clarify doubts and provide guidance to customers;
* Route tickets and resolve them within SLA timeframes;
* Create and update the Knowledge Base;
* Escalate critical situations to Level 2 (N2);
* Develop simple scripts for minor database adjustments;
* Maintain contact with cooperative staff members;
* Participate in or propose automation initiatives for support services, aiming to improve productivity and enable predictive operations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Microsoft Office suite;
* Technical support experience;
* Knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis;
* Familiarity with incident management tools and SLA concepts.
