We are looking for an Executive Secretary to join our team and help us strengthen our internal communication and engage our employees RESPONSIBILITIES Handling employee service requests via the helpdesk system; Providing technical support to resolve basic IT issues (remote and on-site); Assisting with software and application installations; Configuring email accounts; Preparing and formatting computers; Providing basic Windows operating system support; Supporting issues related to printers, internet, and Wi-Fi; Logging and updating service requests in the system; Tracking requests until resolution; Assisting with IT equipment control and organization. REQUIREMENTS Strong verbal and written communication skills; Communicative, patient, and proactive personality; Ability to interact effectively with end users; Ability to resolve requests quickly and efficiently; Interest in learning and developing within the IT field; Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook); Knowledge of basic technical support (remote and on-site); Experience installing software; Basic understanding of networks (internet, Wi-Fi, and printers); Familiarity with ticketing tools (helpdesk); Basic knowledge of computer formatting; Knowledge of IT equipment inventory; Basic ITIL concepts. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
