Support to the construction site manager in measurements, procurement, and supplier evaluation **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Perform daily monitoring and verification of all activities according to registered standards and projects in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery; guide and supervise employees on correct activity execution and standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying routine tasks and required activities; support the safety department through awareness training on proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), as well as assisting with safety inspections; support the construction site manager by conducting measurements, material requisitions, and supplier evaluations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform daily monitoring and verification of all activities according to registered standards and projects in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery. * Guide all employees on correct activity execution and standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying routine tasks and required activities. * Ensure quality of executed work by supervising execution, communicating information, and delivering ongoing training. * Use all PPE correctly and assist in safety supervision to prevent accidents on site. * Assist in organizing the construction site, including waste disposal, to avoid waste. * Support the safety department through awareness training on proper use of PPE and CPE, as well as assisting with safety inspections. * Support the construction site manager through measurements, material procurement, scheduling, and supplier evaluations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture. * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Experience reading technical drawings Compensation Package: Fixed Salary ️ Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Performance Bonus ✅ Attendance Bonus Premium Health Insurance Dental Insurance Birthday Day Off ️ Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
