Promotion of new technologies and business problem resolution Do you identify with the Software Engineering field and aim to help people build a team with a strong software engineering culture that increasingly adds value to the business? **Then this opportunity is for you!** **In this role, you will lead teams composed of coordinators and specialists, mentoring and guiding them in developing our software engineering strategies aligned with our culture and connected to Sicredi's strategy.** \#LI\-JC1 \#LI\-REMOTE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Engineering Manager in horizontally organizing this competency, structuring strategies/directives, and driving their implementation across teams alongside other *Chapter Leads* and *Specialists* within the horizontal domain; * Lead strategies for attracting and developing software development professionals (1:1 coaching, PDI, hiring / offboarding); * Within your assigned vertical, you will serve as a leader supporting product leaders in team structuring and establishing the technical foundation required for optimal product functionality; * Perform people management and development activities; * Support the horizontal domain in ensuring processes, tools, and *capacity* are appropriately aligned so developers can effectively collaborate with verticals to deliver high-quality products; * Lead software engineering topics together with leaders from other technical horizontals, seeking to understand the business strategy and product *roadmap*, thereby ensuring delivery progress through established directives; * Pair with GPMs and PMs to understand key business challenges; * Promote adoption of new technologies aligned with the architectural model to solve business problems. * Connect other technology areas to enable business demands and needs; **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to possess strong communication skills, empathy, an innovative mindset, curiosity, passion for data, a user-centric perspective, and a continuous process improvement orientation.** ***Relevant experience includes:*** * Software development; * Metrics-based processes and management; * Technology management; * Ability and understanding of operating within organizational structures (horizontal and vertical); * Direct people leadership; * Agile, Lean, and Kanban methodologies; * Technical knowledge in architecture and software engineering; * Strategic vision and ability to navigate between technical and strategic levels of the company; * Strong communication and storytelling skills; * Basic knowledge of the financial market (banking and investments); **Additional Information** -------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for management positions we operate in a hybrid format: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, which may be carried out either at our São Paulo/SP office or at our CAS in Porto Alegre. **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
