Job Summary: A professional responsible for safety training, record maintenance, inspections, and accident investigations to promote prevention and continuous improvement of employee health. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for safety training and record maintenance. 2. Conducts inspections, identifies risks, and develops emergency plans. 3. Investigates accidents and proposes improvements for prevention. Responsible for delivering safety regulations training, PPE usage training, and fire-fighting training; maintaining up-to-date records and documents (NR01, NR06, NR18, NR35, PPE Record Form); conducting Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/APR), Pre-Task Briefings (PT), uniform inspections, PPE inspections, equipment inspections, tool inspections, lifeline inspections, workplace inspections, and risk factor identification; documenting non-conformities, compiling accident statistics, and developing emergency plans; proposing suggestions to ensure continuous improvement in accident and occupational health risk prevention; participating in occupational safety meetings; investigating accidents, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate corrective actions; coordinating with the company’s medical and social services to ensure necessary care for injured employees; performing duties relevant to the field using computer equipment and software.
