




Job Summary: Sebratel is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its team, working strategically to support sales teams and commercial performance, with a focus on data and analysis. Tracking of goals and results, with focus on the customer journey **Sebratel, a reference company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join its team!** If you are analytical, enjoy working with data, and wish to work strategically supporting sales teams and commercial performance, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily sales channel performance, flagging deviations and improvement opportunities; * Monitor external teams' area coverage indicators; * Consolidate and distribute commercial information (campaigns, targets, announcements) to sales teams; * Track individual and collective goals and results; * Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey, especially between sales and installation stages; * Support recovery actions for lost sales or incomplete proposals; * Monitor campaign and promotion performance, suggesting adjustments based on results; * Monitor early cancellation rates (churn) and propose corrective actions; * Track and analyze conversion rates by channel (internal sales, PAP, PDV); * Monitor customer service and installation SLAs; * Evaluate the efficiency of external sales representatives' route planning; * Conduct performance analyses and prepare reports with strategic insights; * Monitor SLAs for sales registration and validation in the commercial back office (BKO); * Track individual and cell-level productivity in the BKO; * Evaluate customer retention performance. **Requirements:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced formulas); * Ability to interpret sales metrics, conversion rates, churn, SLAs, and productivity; * Experience with sales funnels and the customer journey; * Familiarity with commercial back-office routines, registration validation, and sales support; * Basic knowledge of CRM and commercial management tools. * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (Business Management, Commercial Management, Administration, etc.) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM. **Attention**: This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the city or nearby areas.
