




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Experience in Sales; * Sales and Negotiation techniques; * Knowledge in Customer Portfolio Management and Prospecting new business; * Class B driver's license and driving skills. * Work locations: Porto Alegre (Metropolitan Region and Interior) and Central West region of Rio Grande do Sul. * Manage designated customer portfolios and accounts by promoting, negotiating, and selling products, following established strategies and achieving results specified in annual business plan targets, providing input for production forecasts, sales, and business sustainability studies. * Develop proposals according to identified needs, performing follow-up and agreeing on business closures with customers within management-defined parameters. * Prospect potential clients locally and globally, identifying business opportunities, maintaining contact with decision-makers, presenting products, aiming to expand the customer portfolio. * Advise customers, providing post-sales support until product delivery is completed, identifying their needs, addressing complaints, proposing corrective actions and solutions, and expediting necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Promote business expansion by assessing customer needs, identifying new applications, developing new products, and creating innovative solutions. * Propose and participate in project development for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quotation, negotiation, sample submission to closing deals. * Monitor profitability of managed accounts, ensuring contribution margin and agreed volumes are achieved. * Ensure sustainable negotiations and long-term relationships, contributing to a positive company image among customers in line with established objectives. * Monitor customer service logistics regarding orders and other demands related to projects and volumes, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines. * Manage continuous supply contracts or demand-based contracts, staying informed about conditions and negotiations involved in the process. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and taking appropriate actions. * Execute commercial planning to achieve targets, implementing actions assigned and defined by the marketing department. * Guide and supervise administrative support staff activities. * Report on business progress and achievement of established targets by preparing and analyzing reports. * Perform all activities according to predefined standards of safety, quality, environment, beliefs, values, and compliance. 2511190202461876349
