




Main Responsibilities * Provide **customer service**, delivering information regarding products, delivery timelines, orders, and commercial terms. * Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions with customers and representatives. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, and register orders in the internal system. * Monitor delivery deadlines, payments, and terms agreed upon with customers. * Update customer, product, and price list records. * Generate sales reports and support tracking of departmental goals and performance indicators. * Coordinate with logistics, billing, and finance departments to ensure accurate information flow. * Provide support in resolving customer queries and issues related to orders and deliveries. * Assist in post-sales activities, contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.
