




- Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation, using appropriate personal protective equipment when performing tasks. - Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requested servings, and packaging them. Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients, and preparing simple dishes under supervision as required. - Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils. - Stock the meal distribution area. - Load and unload non-perishable goods and restaurant materials. - Operate appliances or equipment used for food preparation and handling, as well as heating and refrigeration appliances. - Ensure proper storage, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and materials used, as well as of the workplace. - Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace.
