If you resonate with our culture, join our \#Simlovers team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and install printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and desktop computers at client sites. For printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume monochrome and color equipment. For low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks, perform diagnostics using manufacturer-provided tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields; OR currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on low- and medium-volume monochrome and color equipment lines. For SaaS, training on HP notebook and desktop product tracks included in the Company’s product lineup and deployed in the assigned environment. Basic technical English.
