Responsibilities:* Regulate Ticket Log service orders, ensuring performed services comply with client policy; * Obtain and compare part and labor price quotations from providers accredited in the Ticket Log network; * Assist in issuing maintenance authorization entries into the Ticket Log system; * Identify and propose alternatives for cost reduction; * Plan and monitor maintenance execution across client vehicle fleets; * Track service progress with providers via system; * Monitor client fleet management indicators and propose actions to improve processes; You are responsible for: Performing technical analysis and budget regulation for automotive maintenance (administrative) costs according to client policy; Planning and monitoring maintenance execution across client vehicle fleets; Obtaining quotations and negotiating with providers; Identifying alternatives for cost reduction; Monitoring services at local workshops and with providers; Tracking client availability indicators and proposing actions to improve processes; Acting as the interface between clients and Ticket Log to ensure cost reduction and client availability. Requirements:* Completed High School education; * Experience in Heavy Vehicle (Diesel) Mechanics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Team-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills. Information: Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30–17:30; Saturday: 08:00–12:00\. Work Location: Porto Alegre/RS and/or Campo Bom/RS.
