Job Summary: Construction Foreman responsible for supervising teams, monitoring execution, controlling quality, managing materials, and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and coordinate teams 2. Monitor execution according to plans and schedules 3. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate teams (masons, laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.); * Monitor execution according to plans and schedules; * Control quality of completed work; * Manage material usage and storage; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Report construction progress to engineering and management. * Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Leadership and team organization skills; * Knowledge of construction processes; * Technical course in civil construction is desirable.
